In corporate leadership, he served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Marsh & McLennan and Vice President of HR Technology at Magellan Health, owning HRIS strategy, governance, and delivery. In global consulting, he has held senior roles at Deloitte, EY, PwC, Accenture, and CedarCrestone, leading Workday, ADP, PeopleSoft, and UKG programs for clients from a few thousand to more than 50,000 employees.
The work runs the full lifecycle: program and project management, client-side leadership on implementations, vendor selection, and the assessments that frame a business case. Recent engagements include program management for a hospital system moving from under 5% to more than 70% union representation, and the design of an AI tool that compares legacy and newly implemented payrolls in parallel to speed issue analysis and resolution.
