His career spans both sides of the table. In corporate leadership, he served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Marsh & McLennan and Vice President of HR Technology at Magellan Health, owning HRIS strategy, governance, and delivery. In global consulting, he has held senior roles at Deloitte, EY, PwC, Accenture, and Sierra-Cedar, leading Workday, ADP, PeopleSoft, and UKG programs for clients from a few thousand to more than 50,000 employees.
The through-line is delivery: programs completed on time and under budget, vendor selections decided on merit, and payroll operations made stable and compliant.
